Acceptance of all orders is subject to availability. Indoor Biotechnologies Ltd reserves the right to amend prices and product specifications without notice. Payment terms are net 30 days of the invoice date.
Reagents are supplied for research purposes only by the purchaser and are not for distribution to third parties or for re-sale. Export or re-sale of INDOOR Biotechnologies Limited products without authorization is prohibited.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days by Business Post (for the United Kingdom) or Federal Express for other countries. Shipments are F.O.B. Indoor Biotechnologies Ltd, Warminster, United Kingdom. The customer is responsible for the payment of any local or import taxes and duties, and for liaising locally with the shipper for customs clearance, as required. Any importation or additional taxes that may apply are payable by the customer. Please notify us immediately by phone, FAX or e-mail if a shipment arrives incomplete or damaged and retain all shipping documents. If Indoor Biotechnologies Ltd. has made an error, the company will at its option either ship a replacement order at no charge or credit the customer's account for the original product. Errors by the customer should be notified within 10 days. No credit will be issued for products returned without prior authorisation. Returned goods may be subject to a 20% restocking fee, at the discretion of the company.

Warranty

We want our customers to be thoroughly satisfied with the INDOOR Biotechnologies Ltd products and services and will exchange or refund any defective product/service. Please notify us within 30 days of receiving the shipment, if any product (or service) is defective. INDOOR Biotechnologies guarantees its products when stored and used according to the manner described in our published protocols and product literature. INDOOR Biotechnologies is not responsible for misuse of the product by the purchaser. Reagents are supplied for research purposes only and are not for resale, except by prior written agreement. The purchaser must determine the suitability of the product for a particular research application or use. Should any product fail to perform as described in Indoor Biotechnologies product literature, we will replace it free of charge.

INDOOR BIOTECHNOLOGIES LTD MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTY WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WITH RESPECT TO THESE PRODUCTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
