Day 2

The practical session on Day 2 will feature laboratory demonstrations of multiplex array technology for allergen detection (MARIA™) using the Luminex xMAP system, which is exclusively available from Indoor Biotechnologies. Participants will gain hands-on experience of MARIA™, as well as ELISA systems, methods of allergen sampling, and allergen control procedures.

Day 3

This will be an optional half-day session interactive session to discuss commercial opportunities and potential collaborative ventures.
